Excellent service, excellent communication, excellent timeliness. There's a reason why this shop is booked far out sometimes! Thank you Mr. Grimm for the wonderful service.

John was very informative and worked with me to get my car in as I'm on a fairly tight schedule and don't have anyone to drive me there and back to pick up my car so I had to wait on it. I went for a steering and suspension inspection and he could have tried to upsell me on some parts and he did not. He told me what the problems were and what would need to be done. I will definitely be back for anything steering and suspension related.

100% recommend!! Knowledgeable and experienced, friendly and accommodating! John went above and beyond my expectation. Having an older car ('64), I knew I would be in good hands being that another reputable automotive repair company referred me to The Alignment Shop. The price was very reasonable and well worth the service performed. I WILL be back and will recommend The Alignment Shop over and over!

Took my 18 Tacoma here for an alignment shortly after I put a leveling kit on and replaced the needle bearing. He got me in fast and did a great job. Won’t hesitate to bring any vehicles to him in the future.

This place rocks. I’d trust them with any alignment regardless of complexity or cost. They know their stuff and are experts in their craft. Just be prepared to wait a little for an appointment, they’re always booked up… but for good reason!
